Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer simplified shipping costs as follows:

Orders $0.00 to 99.99   -    $9.45 Shipping Fee

Orders over $100.00 -    Free Ground Shipping

We are currently unable to deliver to Hawaii and Alaska.  

All orders will ship USPS or UPS Ground.  You may upgrade to faster service at an additional shipping fee.  Please indicate on your order confirmation that you would like faster service and we will advise you of the additional fees.

Small and light weight packages shipped via USPS can be shipped to post office boxes.  Large or heavy weight packages shipped via UPS cannot be shipped to post office boxes.  

Once shipped, Diamond Dancewear is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  If an issue occurs, please contact your local USPS office for parcel information or UPS for tracking information.  Tracking number and information will be emailed to you if you have provided an email address at checkout.  

We are not responsible for items returned to Diamond Dancewear due to an incorrect address provided in the order confirmation.  Please verify your address is correct.
